Accepted Payment Methods
DeutschTuning LLC accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Due to economic nexus regulations, we may collect and remit sales tax in all U.S. states where required.
All Sales Final – Merchandise
All sales of DeutschTuning branded merchandise (including but not limited to hats, t-shirts, and stickers) are final saleand are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been placed, changes are not guaranteed.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately to support@deutschtuning.com
- If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
- Approved cancellations may be subject to processing fees
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns – Performance & OEM Parts
We accept returns on eligible parts under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original sealed packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition
- A copy of the original sales invoice is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special order or custom items
- Installed or used parts
- Opened or damaged packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used condition items
Refund Processing
- Returns are processed within 2–3 business days after inspection
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If an order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
Free Shipping Policy
For orders that received free shipping:
- The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
- A 15% restocking fee will still apply
- Large or oversized items may incur shipping deductions of $100–$150+ depending on carrier rates
Note: Store credit returns are also subject to shipping cost deductions.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
You must contact DeutschTuning for the following issues:
- Items received damaged or defective
- Incorrect item(s) received
- Missing items (if package shows no visible damage)
- Backordered items
All claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Warranty eligibility is subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
Order Acceptance Policy
DeutschTuning reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud.
If an order is flagged, we may contact the payment provider or customer for verification.
Customer Information
Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
