Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within14 days of deliveryif they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. A15% restocking feeapplies to non-defective returns. Some items, including special orders and merchandise, are final sale.
How do I know if a part will fit my vehicle?
We strongly recommend verifying fitment before placing your order. You can check compatibility using your vehicle’s year, make, and model, or contact us with your VIN for assistance. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper fitment before purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately atsupport@deutschtuning.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?
