Return/Refund Policy

DeutschTuning LLC accepts the following Payment Methods:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Discover

  • American Express

  • PayPal

 

Sales Tax

Due to recent state regulations, sales tax is required for orders shipping to several states in the US. If required by state nexus laws, we reserve the right to charge sales tax in all 50 states.

 

Returns for DeutschTuning Merchandise (Hats, t-shirts, stickers, etc.)

All sales on merchandise are final.

 

Orders cannot be changed after being placed.

 

Returns for Parts (Performance parts, OEM replacement parts, etc)

Cancellations of existing orders are handled through a cancellation request and are not considered a return.

 

If you would like to return an item, please fill out our return form and send it to support@deutschtuning.com. All returns must be fulfilled within 14 business days after receiving the item purchased. 

 

Please allow 2-3 business days for returns to be processed and up 5-7 business days for your refund to be released.  

 

Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned sealed in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on special order items.

 

For warranty related claims, please contact support@deutschtuning.com to verify if the item can be warrantied.

 

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply.
 

Free Shipping Disclaimer

Items subject to a free shipping promotion: When returned for convenience, the original shipping cost will be removed from the refund received in addition to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees vary, for large items, shipping fees can be expected to be around $125.

NOTE: Returns to store credit are still subject to the original shipping charges being removed from the refund

 

The Customer will have to contact DeutschTuning for these order issues:

  • Items that are backordered

  • Items sent in error by the merchant, like the wrong size, color or wrong item

  • Items missing from the order when the package shows no exterior damage or tampered seal

  • Items with mechanical or electrical defects

 

Order Changes

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed. Please keep in mind, we process orders very quickly and it's likely that we'll have processed it immediately for shipment. That said, please be very careful when placing orders to ensure you are ordering the correct items.

 

Mistakes made on orders are subject to possible cancelation and return fees, especially if the order ships right away. Please submit a cancellation request to support@deutschtuing.com
 

Order Acceptance Policy

DeutschTuning reserves the right to accept or decline any order. If the order is suspect to fraud or any kind DeutschTuning will cancel the order to contact payment provider to verify if any fraud has occurred. 

 

Customer Information

Any customer information including any email addresses received by DeutschTuning will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically, DeutschTuning may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from DeutschTuning, then you may send an email to support@deutschtuing.com with “cancel emails” in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.

Security

Whether you are placing an order by phone or the internet, security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet or by phone, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.
